Electrolysis machines. Standard (1) one year warranty on all Electrolysis machines from date of purchase. Covers any electronic or component malfunction that is not due to operator damage, dropping, or negligence. Replacement at no charge to customer. Void warranty if case is opened by customer. Customer is responsible for correct operation of equipment as provided in manual.

Accessories (hand pieces, holders, electric cords, foot pedals) 90 day warranty from date of purchase

One week refund. Customer has option of returning product for full refund , less original shipping cost, within (5) business days from date of purchase if not completely satisficed. Item(s) must be returned in original package, undamaged. Must provide proof of tracking number within (5) five business days. Customer responsible for shipping. If item(s) upon inspection, deemed to be free of damage in original working order a full refund will be initiated by seller within 5 business days. A $35 restocking fee may apply to sales over $400.
